Sally Hansen Health Nut Colorfast Tint + Moisture Balm

Sally Hansen Colorfast Colorfast Tint + Moisture Balm is yet another one of those twist-up lip pencils that every company is making. I actually really like those releases as every brand seems to offer a different texture and range of shades. The Sally Hansen version is the most affordable option at 5 dollars a piece (still made in USA!)and even though the clear lid makes it look like tester, it's nice to be able to see how the product looks like.
I picked up two shades during this week's Sally Hansen sale at CVS (buy 10 dollars get 5 extra bucks) : Spirited Spice and Health Nut (the two warmest shade in the predominantly pink range). Health Nut is a medium brown nude with a lot of golden shimmer. The stick is reasonably hard and non-squishy, each glide yield a creamy layer of color with a pretty decent pigmentation. There is a synthetic vanilla smell but it's neither strong nor lingering enough to be bothersome.
Maybelline Bronze Beam, Sally Hansen Health Nut, Revlon Colorburst Lipstick Fashion's Night Pout, Super Lustrous Gloss Nude Lustre and Colorburst Lipgloss in Rose Gold - I just realized that all the other nude are either limited edition or discontinued. Health nut, which turns golden peach on the skin (and the shimmer doesn't appear frosty),  is quite neutral and flattering.
Sally Hansen Health Nut Tint & Moisture Balm on the lips - As with most Sally Hansen lip product, the balmy texture is not heavy and it wears comfortably (even though I don't find it actively quenching). Unlike the Revlon Balm Stain (which turns into a drying stain as the waxy layer wear off), this last a good 2 hours by itself without drinking/eating and it wipes off easily without residue.

Overall: I like the formula, price and this particular color. Now I just wish they actually come up with a light coral (well, I guess now I have excuse to buy the one by Neutrogena).
