Finally, a natural light (back of hand) swatch! This one was from a week or two ago.
One of the new releases this year, NYX Cream Eyeshadow (spy cam pic here) is packaged in tube and come with (unhygienic) sponge tip applicator. To me, most of the shades I have swatched are a little garish and the finishes for all of them are too similar (all frosty-but-flat, except the purple one, which was a little sheer and iridescence). The cream shadows don't budge once dried but I am not sure how they will perform blended out, since they seems more runny (than creamy) to me.
I actually love the shades, especially that aqua color, so pretty! But cream eyeshadows tend to crease horribly on me so I think I'll pass. Thanks for the swatches.
ReplyDeleteI think they swatches beautifully, I love the shades Pinky Beige and Suede. Hope you will do a more in depth review about these :)
ReplyDeleteI am sorry that I probably (most likely) won't be doing that, since I don't spend money on something that I already don't like (not to mention I don't buy eyeshadow very often).
DeleteI agree with you! Most shades look so garish :( I kinda love the Maybelline Color Tattoo cream shadows. They don't budge on me :D
ReplyDeleteI need aqua in my life!
ReplyDeletehi, just a little question...how do you send gifts to others you meet on blogs?
ReplyDeleteWell, if you mean actual gifts (not virtual) I suppose you have to know the blogger well enough (I mean really really well because there are a lot of creeps online that are after little girls like you. Your identity is very important once you becomes an young adult.) that she agrees to give your personal info and address (do it through private messages such as e-mail). I would say while gifts are nice tough to people you already know personally, most bloggers will just appreciate your visit and comments just as much.
Deletethx. that helped-just wondering in case i ever grow up with blogging friends :)
Deletebtw, i tagged you for the cute blog award! see my blog please for the questions!
ReplyDeleteEehhh...Not a fan of the finishes.
