Milani Buzz Worthy Lip Gloss in Bee-utiful

Milani Buzz Worthy Lip Gloss in Bee-utiful is a clear gloss with loads of small sized, burgundy/wine-colored glitter.

The gloss itself is balmy, light and non-sticky (hence the lack of staying-power) and the glitter (don't worry, it doesn't feel gritty because of the comparatively thick base) is not very abundant/noticeable that it takes quite a bit of layering for them to show.

Overall: It might look good on top of a plummy lipstick, otherwise it's a bit of a lame-duck product, the glitter is just there, doing nothing in reality.

  1. I keep perceiving that name as 'be [utility in adjective form if such a word even exists - 'useful' doesn't feel quite right for some reason]'.
(Yeah, I'm imagining a word I cannot vocalise. I'm bizarre.)

It's an odd gloss if worn on its own - unique, yes, but I'm still undecided on whether it works...
But I do consider it pretty because of that uniqueness :).

  2. Cris:
It's more like they use the word "bee" in all of their shade name, like "bee rich" "bee-utiful" ...Anyway, it's not that unique unless you load on a lot of them. Nice to see you back, by the way.

  3. I agree with you that it will look good on top of a plummy lipstick, but on its own it's not that interesting.

  4. Weird, I would have expected more color from it.
