Spotted at Target - New double sided eyeliner pen (shadow stick?) by Maybelline called Master Smokey Mechanical Pencil, which comes in 6 shades: Black Smoke, Scorching Brown, Blue Blaze (the first close up came out blurry so I didn't include it).
