Another one of my Big Lots finds, Revlon Mint Fizz Scented Nail Enamel in Mint Fizz, a medium (opacity) midnight blue with teal flakies, was another polish from the Summer 2011 collection.
Just to be safe, I used a dark blue as base (Revlon Midnight Affair) but this shade can actually be worn by itself (it looks like a semi-opaque jelly).
