Milani Nail Lacquer Brilliant in Blue (from the Fall 2009 Welcome Back Color Collection)is a deep and slightly murky cobalt blue . The color intensity is lighter than OPI Dating a Royal and deeper than China Glaze Sky High Top.
Like all limited edition Milani nail polish (I said that because the shimmery ones from their permanent display suck) , it has the nice loose consistency that's easy to work with. The color is a tad sheer at first but with 3 coats, the finish is nice, opaque and even.
