It's a limited edition (I think) line with eyeshadow quad (with fashionable names), blush, lip gloss and nail color. I like the deep cream purple but I already gave up on the maybelline formula.
The model with the Devil's stare has shown up in another one of their posters but I couldn't find her name. (Edit: It's Emily Didonato, according to Rita. )
Close up of the eyeshadow quad - I think they just stick new name stickers on the old ones as I can't tell what's the difference these runway quads have. 
Nail colors- more interesting but not very spring appropriate (I guess the fashion week is indeed a few months ahead.)

That's Emily Didonato. She was a model for the Maybelline Color Sensational lipsticks (the red shades) and the new Eye Studio ColorPlush Eyeshadow palettes.
