I wonder why I got it...My eye makeup skill sucks big time. (I tried very hard for 2 years and I gave up.) But well, isn't that seafoam green tube kind of cute?
The thing smells funny. (I sniff every single piece of cosmetics I own, that's why those Anna Sui powder eyeshadow bothers me in the first place, I took a deep breath every time I open the compact...) but it does make eye shadow last longer.
The base doesn't do anything beside making the shadow stick longer(a function that I don't really need since I screw up most of the time applying makeup anyway.) so it would be nice if they add some moisturizer or sunscreen...
Any by the way, the Shiseido Sun protection eye cream actually really glue the shadow on very well...the bad thing is that it literally glues so blending would not be as easy and it's water proof, so I need a oil-based makeup remover to get rid of it...
The Dove also got some silicone in it that it also works as primer, but it's slightly shimmery (pink shimmers, ewwwww.) and I can feel the silicone giving out that slick texture...
