Missha Time Revolution First Treatment Essence Intensive

Missha Time Revolution First Treatment Essence Intensive it's the first watery essence I have ever tried (not counting the SK-II sample that I used twice then spilled allover carpet). When Missha had a holiday sale back in 2016, I got a set (of essense and serum) to test the water. Anyway, the Amazon price is usually quite low anyway so you don't need to wait till holiday to try (or not) the supposed SK II dupe.

Missha essense featuring some sort of yeast ferment (a different strain as SKII) in a light texture that feels like water. I used it last summer, applying it as toner right after washing face. I noticed no effect on my skin whatsoever, it was moisturing (hard to tell when it gets humid here anyway) and perhaps a little exfoliating.

It took me around a month to go through the bottle (even at 28 bucks it was pricey consider a watery essense like Haba white lady lasts me three months) and I noticed my skin started to get less irritable...when I stopped using it. Given my friend with oily skin swore by SKII, I concluded that this kind of products aren't good for my normal to dry skin.

Well, I like the glass bottle at least.

  1. i was skeptical initially, but my first bottle kinda transformed my skin - less redness, more glow!:) the second bottle isn't working as well, i wonder if i have developed some sort of resistance to it:( sorry it didn't work out for you, at least that means you can move on to trying new shiny objects:)

    1. I feel like it wasn't about the product itself, more like it's might work better for different skintype.

Speaking of shiny objects,I do have quite a bit (misplaced my other sd card/card reader) I just need to take care of backlog first!

  2. A month?? Wow I never go through toner/essences that quickly.
I have been using the SK II since December and can't honestly say I see a difference... Like I still have spots and acne scars, I suppose it could make your skin glowy but my skin is combination so it kind of already "glows"
