Lumene Sensitive Touch Gentle Cleansing Wipe

I picked up two packs of Lumene Sensitive Touch Gentle Cleansing Wipes (with organic arctic linen seed) when the coupon machine gave me a 5 dollar off coupon for full sized Lumene products. The wipes normally retails for a little more than 3 dollars per 10 wipes, which is a bit of a rip-off. The wipe, with a fiber that's not really different from other (I mean Garnier) wipes I have tried, is soaked with just enough liquid (no dripping involved).

The wipe itself is positively gentle that it never gives me any pain or reaction. At the same time, it's a little incompetent at removing makeup (especially long-wearing one like Maybelline Color Tattoo eyeshadow or any mascara). I ended up just use it to wipe off sunscreen or other residue before washing my face in the evening. Overall: Meh...At least it was only just a little over a dollar for 2 packs.

  1. I'm sorry these didn't work for you. It's really hard to find good wipes that remove stubborn makeup. I think I'll stick to a regular makeup remover.
