My Everyday Makeup Items for Spring

I know it's a bit too late talking about springtime makeup when the temperature is over 100 degrees (or 40 degree Celsius) but since I am planning to do a summer (i.e. semiannual) beauty favorite post, it would make more sense if I get the spring issue over with.

Base Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Liquid Sunscreen
Most (if not all) sunscreens do nothing to stop me from getting tanned but I still apply them religiously, to prevent sun spots and acne marks from getting deeper. The dry, matte finish also work well as a base for my powder blush.

Maybelline Dream Mousse
The concealer itself is a bit cakey and fades rather quickly (I rub my face a lot) but the mousse texture is pretty fun to play with.

Too Faced Retractable Kabuki Brush
It really works on every type of powder products.

Benefit Dandelion
A "boring" no-brainer (since I am too lazy, I ended up using it all the time for spring) product to even out my skin tone and add a bit of color.

MAC mineralize blush Moon River
A pale coral highlighter to fake a soft glow, it also enhances the blush color by a bit.

Wet n Wild Color Set Medium Ash
Perfect texture and shade match

Paul Joe Lipstick N in No.10 Poppy
When I do a full face of makeup, it's nice to nude my lips out a bit (instead of wearing those brighter gloss that I normally like).

Nivea Strawberry Tinted Lip Balm
Sheer red tint that happened to be what I wore the day I took the picture

That's it for the filler post,I will cook something up later.

  1. Great pics for spring. Light, but with just enough color. :]
