You will be seeing a very short review as I simply ran out of thing to say.My only shimmery Max Factor lipstick and it surprised me again (for the forth time!).Swatched with Shiseido Perfect Rouge Day Lily, Max Factor Sex Kitten (would Google block my pictures again because of this? )seems drier, frostier and with a lot more red and golden bits instead of just being plain orange. The extra touch of gold and orange makes it a lot more wearable despite the ultra dry finish and full-on frost it has.Like the other three Max Factor Lipsticks, S3x kitten is very pigmented, matte (is it possible for a lipstick to be matte and frosty at the same time?) and very easy to work with, unlike some other lipsticks which glide off when you try to layer it on.As usual, it looks pretty nice layered with a clear gloss. Golden shimmers are perfect for sunny days!
layered with a clear gloss on any lipstick works so well for you!!!
ReplyDeleteI've never been a MAX Factor fan but I've never tried their lipsticks
ReplyDeletewow, gorgeous on you!
ReplyDeleteLove the gloss version, but the lipstick itself still looks lovely on you.
Beautiful colour, I love the gold shimmer! It really does give it a nice finish. XO
ReplyDeleteI love Max Factor lipsticks, they are nicely pigmented and don't feel drying on the lips. This shade looks great on you!
ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteI am a huge fan of Clinique's Poppy Shine (which I know is no longer produced) and chanced upon your blog. Knowing the maxfactor is similar I'm wondering where you got yours from? I don't live in the US though :(
Nodame:
ReplyDeleteI can't think of a place other than eBay to get it, even in US, the brand is being pulled out starting this year and that's why I could get it for cheaper in drugstores.
