Maybelline Shine Sensational Lip Gloss

Maybelline Shine Sensational Lip Gloss was released sometime this year or the end of 2009 (this is saying nothing again...Anyway, the Muse reviewed the gloss over here.) as a replacement for the Shiny Licious (that's not even that shiny) squeegee lip gloss. The color selection is comparable to that of the Color Sensational and each of them is scented as different sweet treats.
The color selection of these lip gloss is pretty big and I kind of missed a few shades here. As a big fan of junk food. These are supposedly pretty tempting but since most of these glosses are shimmery (I don't like frosty and shiny gloss), I can't find a shade I want to try.
Jelly Beans, figs, macaron and grape (?) flavored. Mint, tangarine, (?) and mint candy.
Fig seems to be one of the few shimmer free one in the Shine sensational collection so I might give it a try when I have some some coupons lying around. Beside the boring color (and the fact that I generally hate Maybelline anything...)I don't want to get these also because of the packaging: It seems a bit flimsy and I can almost see the silver words and the silver coating on the cap being dulled out and those fruits being scratched in my bag. (which is full of random dangerous tools...For one thing my last camera died inside it.)
Maybelline also released an Age Rewind Eraser foundation. I don't think I need to rewind my age just yet so I care about this as much as I care about Twilight...

  1. I love how antiaging products still don't get to me. (Of course how old am I...) No money from me! But I'm not sure about the future.

  2. Noooo! More food-scented/flavored glosses... but these do look great.

Can't wait to hear your review on Fig!

They will probably not get you for another 10 years...For me, I associate anti-aging in cosmetic pure gimmick as I think time can never be undone, at least not with foundation.

That would take quite a while, I don't think I would want anything Maybelline unless it's a dollar.(In that way I feel it's OK to burn the money like that.)
