Spotted at ULTA - Nicole by OPI Gumdrop collection
I couldn't care less about these textured nail but I do like the plurple and the purple one.
Next to the Nicole display was a limited edit ion Lip Smacker set with two freebie lip gloss (Boy did I love the brand 10 years ago...)
