Rimmel Lash Accelerator Growth Serum

Rimmel Lash Accelerator Growth Serum (mentioned by Eva Chen in her tumblr, as one of the cheaper serum with noticeable effect) is a clear serum that works on both lashes and brow. This particular formula is noticeably runnier than the gel-serum from L'Oreal (a little more viscous than the one by Wet n Wild) so it can run into eyes and sting a bit if not used carefully.

The plastic applicator, which has a screw like body and eyeliner-brush tip allows you to use it right on the lash line, on the lashes and on the brow areas. Since the tube is completely clear, you will see the liquid turns muddier and muddier after all the re-dipping you do.
Within a week of trying this, I started to notice some lengthening, but it didn't go on and on (I think there is natural maximum length I can get and once that's reached, the hair just falls off) . My  favorite part is how it stimulates new growth on bald patches (or areas on the lash line further away from the lash line, which was previously hairless). I still use it occasionally (if I find it among the junks I bought) on the lash line and on the bald patches of my brow, even the effect isn't dramatic, it's still noticeable for me to stick with it.
Ingredient List of Rimmel Lash Accelerator Growth Serum. I am recognizing Panthenol, Keratin, Bamboo Extract (Sally Hansen uses it in their nail care so I guess it also has an effect on hair) and Biotin!

    1. I this is not available in other countries probably because the ingredient is not approve by their equivalent of FDA. But I guess you guys usually have your alternative (all serums kind of work/stop working the same way...like how the effect would plateau after you have used it for a while).

  2. I tried the L'Oreal one, not bad for conditioning but I wouldn't expect much lengthening. Maybe I'll try the Rimmel one somewhere down the line!
