Revlon Sweetly Seductive Flavor Gloss Scented Nail Enamel

Revlon Sweetly Seductive Flavor Gloss  and Scented Nail Enamel seems to another part of their summer collection (or just new release since it's not marked as being limited edition), there are six pairs of scented nail enamel and squeegee tube gloss (OMG, there is a green one!) with bright and summery colors.

I didn't manage to get a good shot (or capture the purple gloss) because I was busted by the "security" guy, who was not even wearing uniform and had a basket (filled with paper towel +_+).He pretty much caught me red-handed (right about to hit the shutter) and went, "Sorry, but you can't take picture here..." Then he added, "You were really good at being sneaky though." What do you want me to do, dude? Compliment you back for busting me?

By the way, do know why didn't I get the pictures taken quickly enough? I was actually waiting for two women to finish up their business, which involve opening up and trying L'Oreal lipsticks and these Revlon scented polish (and of course, not buying what they've opened)...

  1. I don't understand why they didn't let you take pictures?? What was possibly going through his mind when he saw you with a camera -- that you were going to take the pics back to headquarters and plot a scheme to break into the store to steal?? They were pictures of MAKEUP! There's nothing wrong with taking innocent pictures of makeup. I wonder how he would have reacted if you told him that you're snapping the pics for a blog because there are TONS of readers who are waiting for the pics of newest drugstore releases and these consumers will in turn go out to buy those products?? The blogging community plays a huge role in influencing what consumers buy and I think these drugstores/grocery stores need to realize that and pay more respect to bloggers!

The "official reason" might have something to do with the fact that these displays (and shelves) are the property of the grocery store and they are not supposed to let other take pictures/film the store then publish those picture/footage without the manager's permission. (I worked in a computer lab and we had similar rules).

But the actual reason (I have snapped quite a few pictures here and there, sometime I like to take pictures of strung beads in Micheal's so I can look at the pictures at home and brainstorm about project I can do with them...Many times I snap them right in front of associates' faces and they didn't seem to mind) is always females. I don't get why, everytime I get busted, it's some random girl/woman (many of them are not even working there) going to the manager/security dude "reporting" me...

I seriously have no idea what I have done to them that get on their nerve so bad.Is taking pictures worse than testing out products on other's expense? I don't think so.

  3. "Scented" nail enamel?! So my nails will smell good?! What hope! =p
Too bad the security man caught you. At least he was chill about it. He was probably trying to ease the awkwardness haha.
Ahh ladies who try things out at drugstores. I have to be honest and admit I've done it before, but I definitely end up buying everything I've tried.

Just by looking at the tube, they don't appear to be too pigmented. I still kind of want to try them though.
