These Too Faced Metal Eye liquid eyeliners have very unique shades but I guess the finish could be more metallic?

ReplyDeleteI think Jemma Kidd and Urban decay both have some gunmetal liquid liner like that, but the finish is a lot prettier.

These are almost the same quality as prestige eyeliners, which are 1/3 of the cost.
