I am on a mascara kick...again

Do you remember a while ago I was saying that I was on a nail polish kick? Well, it's over already since I have gotten so many bottles and it will take me quite a while to get to wear all of them. (Guess who have a very short attention span?) I reckon since

1.I have way way way too much lip gloss
2.I don't really like lipsticks that much
3. I do I don't really look that good in eyeshadow/liner

So I guess it's time to get back to my mascara phase again! (I blame it on the tampon-mascara and my Uemura incident.) Anyway, while I do like my good old Uemura curler, I was thinking about trying something new.

Anyway, I have the Shiseido curlers in minds: There is one from Shiseido The Makeup (which I can purchase locally at the counters)

and the super cool nickle colored Maquillage that's Asia exclusive (I think it's Japan exclusive but you can find it in Hong Kong anyway. ) Which one should I get?

Wait, am I the person who ask for and listen to advices!? Of course not...I have already gotten the Shiseido one during the weekend (I do like it better than Shu Uemura and there are some subtle structural differences...Will share later.) and the Maquillage curler is on its way to me...

I guess I am in a lash kick...Anyway, what "kick" are you into right now?

  3. I'm into eyeliners at the moment. I used to wear them rarely but these days I never leave the house without.

Can't wait to hear about the Shiseido curler.

  4. I'm always into eye pigments. I know they are messy, but the payoff is well worth it, especially when foiled :-)

I think it might take me a while...I need a sunny day to take nice pictures!

    Ceecile:
I got 2 tubes of mascara lastweek as well since they are both double headed, this makes them 4...

    Gio:
I want to try more eyeliners as well, but the nice one are all so expensive (plus Prestige got discontinued so there is no cheap/nice ones left anymore.)

I can see from your blog posts. Some pigments are really pretty but they are not for the faint-hearted or lazy-ass like me...

  6. Always always always mascara :D That's the only kick I've been in, 4 years an counting!

Also, I bought the Shiseido curler (non-Maquilllage one) when I was in Japan a couple years back, and it's preeeetty awesome. I've used the Shu Uemura curler before, and it just didn't seem to fit the curve of my eyeball very well (surprisingly, since it's an Asian company!).

Anyway, can't wait to hear about your reviews for both Shiseido curlers :D

I wish I am as devoted to lashes as you...I gave it up at the beginning of the year because I am too lazy to just wash it off at the end of the day...

At least I am still a big fan of cheap glosses.
