NYC Starry Silver Giltter was only purchased as a filler (so I can use coupon) but it actually doesn't look too bad for a 1-dollar nail polish. It was applied over Sinful Colors Muse but I suppose it would look better on silver ones (which I couldn't locate at the time of photograph).
The glitter (pink and blue hexagonal and plain silver ones) bits are sharp and condensed. It's a little difficult to get rid of when it's right on top of bare nails. At least it doesn't scratch the surface when I rubbed it with polish remover.
