Spotted at ULTA - NYX Black Liner Collection. Which just seems to be a display of several items in their permanent range. I didn't swatch them while I was there (because my left arm was full at the moment).
I did get to swatch the testers from the Glam Collection though - they look a lot less glittery/intimidating one the arm, but I am still not ready to wear frosty pink/coral lipstick...just yet.
