Spotted at Walgreens - Sinful Colors Colors to Die For collection.
As with most of their Halloween display, most of the items are not new but I thought the two holographic glitter ones don't look very familiar.

Anyway, I did manage to get the hot-pink/wine shade on the right, when Sinful Colors polishes were on sale a few weeks back.
Oh, I've not seen glitter toppers like that. You are probably right, they could be new ones
