Orly Nail Lacquer in Matte Vinyl is the first matte I have ever tried(and black polish since quite a while).
Like other Orly I have tried, the formula is pigmented and rather user-friendly.Of course, that's not going to stop me from making some messes around the cuticles...
Matte polish continues to mystify me !
