Wet n Wild Megalast nail color in Heat Wave is an orange red (with a tiny bit of cherry lean) cream that's got some jelly quality (with fewer layers).

The flat brush is shaky-hand-friendly (though the bluntly cute edge can make pastel appear more streaky) but a little thick for my liking.
