I picked up this LA Girl Flare Bright Delight Nail Lacquer two years ago at Urban Outfitters (I couldn't find the name anywhere on the bottle so I guess it was ripped off before I bought it) - The slight murky blue is rather sheer and streaky upon application (hence the mess around cuticle) but it can be covered up once you do three generous dumps of layer. It's not a great formula but I guess I have tried worse...
Aww, it's a beautiful color but I can't stand sheer formulas :( I don't have the patients for more than 2 coats lol.
